Venu has over 35 years of experience as a technologist and successful entrepreneur. Before establishing Quinte, he held positions with Fuji Xerox Information Systems and Stanford Research Institute. In addition to his role at Quinte, Venu serves as Chief Executive Officer at two other successful software companies, including Aithent, Inc. and Rhoads Online Institute. He holds undergraduate and master’s degrees from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University.

Sriram has over 30 years of experience in financial services for credit unions and payment processors. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Quatrro Processing Services before integrating with Quinte in 2019. Sriram’s extensive experience in the credit and risk industry includes positions with several highly respected organizations, including American Express, HSBC, the National Bank of Kuwait, and GE Money. He holds several professional titles, including Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Nikhil is the group’s Chief Information Security Officer. He leverages over 20 years of experience in IT, Information Security, General Compliance, Business Continuity, Risk and Compliance, and Audit and Accreditation to provide strategic and operational leadership for the company’s global security and privacy initiatives. Nikhil has a track record of implementing and maintaining formal management systems across multiple geographies and industries, such as SOC 2, FISMA, PCI DSS, RBI controls, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

Ankit has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of operations and business development for financial services firms. In particular, he is recognized for expertise in cross-channel fraud protection on the banking and merchant sides of the business. Ankit was most recently associated with Quatrro Processing Services, where he held several positions involving strategic relationships and business integration. Before that, he held senior managerial positions at Convergys and American Express.

Selvan brings over 23 years of experience in Sales, CRM, and Service Delivery Operations. He has worked with companies like Bank of America, IBM, Access Healthcare, and I-Gate, where he transitioned client-facing end-to-end processes in the Investment and Consumer Banking/KYC/Customer Service space. Selvan has a track record of operational excellence in managing large teams across multiple sites (India, the US, and the Philippines), where he ensured superior value to clients and excellent customer experience.

Paresh is a Vice-President at Quinte Financial Technologies, leading the Data Analytics function. He brings over 25 years of IT services and product engineering experience in the banking vertical. Paresh is passionate about data management and analytics and is actively interested in discussing business solutions with clients, mentoring startups, and sharing knowledge with academia.

Lakshminarayanan V (LV) is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
As Vice President & HR Head, he is responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business plan. He is dedicated to cultivating a high-performance culture, strengthening the employer brand, and driving an agile, people-centric organization at Quinte. He has a strong business focus and expertise in leading HR initiatives for a global workforce, driving collaboration and impact in complex, matrixed organizations.

Prior to Quinte, he served as Senior Leader at Altimetrik and has worked as HR Director at Birlasoft, ADP. He holds a Law Degree from Karnataka State Law University, MBA from ICFAI University and an Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Outside of his professional life, LV is an avid reader and has a strong passion for traveling.

Narendra Venkatramani is a seasoned Sales and Marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in IT services and BPM solutions across North America and Europe. He has led high-performing sales teams at Mobius Knowledge Services, Scope e-Knowledge (a Quatrro company), and SPi Global (now Straive). He excels in enterprise sales, key account management, and go-to-market strategies. Outside work, he is an avid organic farmer and passionate audiophile.
